Welcome to San Gabriel Mission Elementary School – a place where students of faith, wisdom, and character are cultivated. I feel extremely fortunate to be the principal of a school with such wonderful children, a motivated and dedicated staff, and parents who work with us to create an environment that facilitates student learning through a wide variety of innovative and collaborative methods and activities.

When you enter our campus, you will find yourself surrounded by a friendly, dedicated community with deep historical ties enriched by the Dominican and Claretian charisms of sharing the Word and Truth of Jesus Christ and living in service of others. Our faculty and staff are highly committed to providing the most rewarding education possible and making the process of learning an enjoyable experience. We are dedicated to educating healthy, well-rounded students and seeing each child as a unique individual with special God-given gifts and abilities. In partnership with each of you, our greatest responsibility and ministry is to carry out our school's mission and vision of developing students whose lives reflect Christlike character, live in service of others, and are prepared for success in high school and beyond. We believe that setting high academic and moral expectations, appropriately challenging our students in both curriculum and character, as well as providing suitable support systems ensures that each student works at their highest potential.
